Ayn Rand was a Novelist and Philosopher born Alissa Rosenbaum on February 2, 1905 in St. Petersburg, Russia. Currently I'm reading Atlas Shrugged, a philosophical thriller, very interesting. It was offered to me by a close friend whose first thought was that I'm a collectivist, he sure doesn't know or knew how far from true he is about me and my philosophy... ah, well... it takes some time to really know a person, even if you keep your eyes wide open...
